Regardless of any meeting, start it with a win. Prioritize big company wins, but in slow weeks, they may include personal milestones of teammates, such as getting married, welcoming a new baby, or any other exciting news.
Report on the status of your top 3 to 5 metrics. Are they on track, or are there any issues? Focus on saying whether they are on track or not and mention the numbers. For example, if one of the most important metrics is to increase the number of sign-ups, what was the total number from last week? No need for long explanations or insights.
